Tair Darshevitz Associate

Tair is a member of the Media & Entertainment law team and consults production companies in all kinds of transactions including development agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements, etc. Tair also represents clients in litigation cases concerning copyright law, privacy, and liable law.

In addition, Tair assists in commercial transactions including shareholders and founders agreements, investment agreements, franchise, and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining SHGR, Tair internship at the civil department of Israel’s state attorney office in Tel Aviv.
