Maayan Bahr Senior Associate

Maayan represents production companies in all kinds of transactions, including international co-production agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements and more, and provides ongoing consultation to a wide range of productions, mainly in the TV industry.

Maayan advises various local and international entities in commercial matters concerning copyright law, privacy and libel law.

Maayan also represents clients in complex litigation disputes concerning all aspects of commercial law, including corporate law, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and class actions.

Prior to the establishment of SHGR, Mayan practiced as an associate at Meitar | Law Offices.
