Gadi has extensive experience in labor and employment law in all aspects of those fields: collective labor relations, dismissal proceedings, salary conditions (private and public sectors), pension plans, employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings etc.

Gadi has specific expertise in labor law and labor relations in the civil service and in security organizations, as well as in the areas of labor law regulation (i.e. – decisions regarding salary and pensions of municipal employees and governmental companies, employment of women act).

Gadi represented the State of Israel and the various government ministries in hundreds of legal cases in labor and employment law, particularly in collective disputes including strikes, and employment cases with precedential aspects, at the Regional Labor Courts, the National Labor Court, and the Supreme Court.

Gadi has extensive experience in dealing with complex, inter-ministerial procedures and in conducting collective and individual negotiations.

Gadi served for several years as the secretary of the State Attorneys Union and managed the labor dispute of the attorneys, in which the attorneys went on a strike for 1.5 months and gained significant achievements in their working conditions.

In addition, Gadi has experience in managing legal proceedings in the Administrative Affairs Court.

Prior Experience

Gadi performed his legal internship at the law firm of Naomi Landau.

Between 2002 and 2004: associate at the firm of Hollin Mironi & Co. and in the law firm of Naomi Landau.

During the years 2004 and 2007: Haifa District Attorney's Office, Labor Law Department.

During the years 2007 and 2019: the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office, at the Labor Law Department and in the Administrative Department.

During the years 2002 and 2007: Teaching Assistant of Prof. Moti Mironi at the University of Haifa and the Interdisciplinary Center.

At the beginning of 2019 Gadi joined the firm Shimoni Gross & Co.
