Eran specializes in a wide variety of legal disciplines, focusing mainly on media and entertainment, corporate and sports law.

Eran specializes in media, entertainment and copyright law. Eran represents both local and international leading broadcasting and content platforms, TV channels and production companies in all kinds of content transactions and provides ongoing consultation with respect to all matters concerning media law, including TV productions and matters concerning copyright law, privacy and libel law.

In addition, Eran has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of commercial transactions. Among others, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders and founders agreements, investment agreements, franchise and distribution agreements, lease agreements, all kinds of license agreements, and he regularly advises his clients on matters concerning labor law.

Eran also represents sports clubs, sports agents and athletes. He has extensive experience in handling international arbitration proceedings in the sports field, especially in basketball. Eran also serves as an arbitrator and mediator in the arbitration and mediation institute of the Israeli Football Association.

Between 2008 and 2010, Eran served as a member of the Israeli Natural Gas Committee.

Prior of founding SHGR, Eran was a partner at Meitar | Law Offices.
